What a nightmare! Last night/this morning I dreamt a really emotionally chilling dream. I was friends with this large guy who's sense of humor was a little 'raw' but who was an all around good guy. Think '4chan' personified. So he's always joking, poking fun at others and stuff like that. He jokes that he likes guns too, but I don't really think anything of it. One day he has a gun at school, and to my utter heart-wrenching horror he just starts shooting people, with that same jaded sarcasm and wry smile on his face! I couldn't believe that I could be such a bad judge of character! When did his jokes cross the line into actual incomprehension that these were people and there could be no reason to do something so drastic! I woke up thinking about that guy from the 1976 shootings in Montreal and we have to help people like that before they get to that point.
